thera cane – rate and review thursdayby Jeffrey Posner February 26, 2015 0 comments
The Thera Cane is a tool I discovered a few years ago with the help of a friend who had some back issues. Every time I would head to his house he would have some sort of new back massager or gimmick to use. Since I also suffer from regular back pain I was always eager to try.
One day he had this odd shaped piece of plastic hanging on the door and he offered it to me. “you have to try this man, it’s called the thera cane” he said. Puzzled at first on how to use it, he quickly demonstrated how to make use of the simple prop by leveraging it against the muscles and other trigger points in his body.
After a few minutes I was sold. While using the thera cane I was able push deep into spots on the back and shoulders that would have normally required someone else or a doorway as leverage. The simple yet sturdy design is great for deep tissue and yields flexibility when necessary to move with the body.
At a low cost of 49.99 or less… it is well worth the healing it brings.
