What is Reddit and how does it work?
Reddit a website that is a great source for finding out information and have discussions about the things that interest you. People that visit Reddit post all sorts of websites they find interesting or useful and then discuss them. Since the internet is a very big place with lots of topics to talk about, the things people post are organized into areas of interest called “subreddits”. While there are all sorts of subreddits that could be helpful, today we’re going to focus on the Yoga Subreddit (/r/yoga for short).
How do I use the Yoga Subreddit?
Just like any other website…. Visit http://www.reddit.com/r/yoga/ and start reading the posts. If you find a discussion you want to join or something you want to comment on, registering an account with Reddit is free and does not require an email address to complete.
What do people talk about on the Yoga Subreddit?
Everything Yoga related under the sun. Just today people where discussing:
And that’s just a short list! About 68,000 people read and post to the Yoga subreddit every day. Often I find myself going back all the time to see what is new. Personally I just read what’s there and don’t join in the discussion, but a lot of people do. You can even see some of our writers post and give advice from time to time 🙂
